This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool, it has everything I need. The staff once helped me find great dining options, which I still appreciate. Highly recommend!

The place is just a hop, skip, and jump from the beach! Rooms are tidy, the Murphy bed was a quirky touch, and parking was as easy as pie. Love the pools on hand, too!
But heavens, the walls must be made of paper! I think I got my cardio in just from dodging the noise of my neighbor's late-night tap dance session.

Target audience average travelers seeking comfort
The view from our room was exceptional, noise from the beach was really soothing at night. Plus, the staff was quite accommodating, even helped us with a late checkout when we asked!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable given the overall experience we had.

Comfy murphy bed, great kitchenette, and close to the beach make for a decent stay—but the sunsets were the absolute cherry on top!
The service was a real hoot—if only I enjoyed being disregarded as much as they did!

The teens loved hanging out there. The view from our room was relaxing, and there was plenty of space for all of us to unwind after long days exploring.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use more updates and better soundproofing for family stays.

Awesome views and fun activities!
We stayed for 2 nights in an Oceanfront Studio with Balcony. The view was killer! Room could've been better arranged tho, like the Murphy bed was puzzling. The outdoor area was nice for picnics too! Just wish the indoor pool was open, would’ve been nice to cool off. Overall, a solid spot.

Ocean view room with great convenience
I had the pleasure of staying in a lovely oceanfront studio which boasted breathtaking views and direct access to the beach. The kitchenette added to the convenience, allowing me to prepare simple meals. However, the overall maintenance of the property could use a serious uplift, particularly in regards to cleanliness and the amenities offered.

The view was fantastic, and the room was a nice size, but we couldn't figure out the Murphy bed at all. The furniture arrangement was odd too. I would choose this place again after some updates.

It was just a great fit for a passing visit in Provincetown with excellent value for money. The outdoor pool was huge and really nice to relax by after a long drive. Check the opening hours for the pool if you're planning to swim.
